A CRM built around your sales process
Most CRM systems are sold per user and per module, and you pay for both however little you use them. We build a customer system that follows your sales process instead of asking you to change it.
A CRM is simple at heart: who the customer is, what we promised, what happens next and who owns it. The problem with the big tools is rarely missing features, it is the hundreds you never touch and the fact that your own steps do not fit. Sales people stop filling it in, and within a quarter the records are worthless.
We build around what already happens in your business instead. If a quote needs two people to approve it before it goes out, that gets built. If customers go quiet for nine months before coming back, that is its own state rather than a lost deal. Fields are called what you call them, not what a product team somewhere else called them.
The customer record gathers the history in one place: calls, quotes, contracts, invoices and support cases. Leads carry their source, so you can see which marketing actually produces business. The system nudges you when something has sat still too long, and the reports show only what you steer by. We also connect the CRM to the finance side, so a won deal becomes invoice data without anyone retyping it.
What you get
- Customer records with the whole history in one place: calls, quotes, contracts, invoices and cases.
- Leads with their source and an instant alert, so nothing lands in an inbox and stays there.
- Quotes that become contracts, with version controlled terms and digital signing.
- Status flows named the way you name them, plus reminders when a case sits still.
- Reports on what you actually steer by, saved daily so the trend survives.
- No per user cost, so the whole company can have access without the price running away.
- A link to the finance side, so a won deal turns into invoice data straight away.
When it fits
Customer details live in a spreadsheet, in email and in three people's heads, and nobody knows what stands.
Our CRM charges per user, so only sales has an account and everyone else has to ask them.
We do not know which marketing brings customers, only what it costs.
Two ways to own it
You decide how you pay for what we build. Both routes give you the same system.
You own the solution
One fixed price, paid once. The code is yours, we hand over the source and you can take it anywhere, with us or without us. A good fit if you want control and an investment that becomes a real asset on your books.
We own the code
A low monthly fee and no upfront investment. We handle hosting, updates and continuous improvements. A good fit if you want to get going quickly without tying up capital, and would rather have a cost you can switch off than an investment you have to write down.
Not sure which one? We will talk it through with you, free of charge.
Common questions
- Can you move our existing customer data across?
- Yes. We import what you have, whether it sits in another CRM, in a spreadsheet or in the accounting system. Migrating old data is always its own line in the plan, because the quality of what exists decides how much work it becomes.
- Can the CRM talk to our accounting?
- Yes, and that is usually the point. We build the link so a won deal creates invoice data and payment status shows on the customer record, without anyone entering the same thing twice.
- Does a custom CRM make sense for a small company?
- Often more than for a large one, because a small business has fewer steps and clearer processes. We start narrow with what you do every week and extend once you can see what is missing.
