Most of what is sold as AI today solves no actual work. What genuinely saves time is narrow and dull: read a document and suggest how to code it, pull the right fields out of an order, condense a long thread into one action, write the monthly report somebody otherwise produces by hand. We build that kind of function, inside the system where the work already happens.
The principle is always the same: AI suggests, a person approves. The suggestion sits next to its source so whoever approves can see what it rests on, and every decision is logged. Where it cannot tell for certain, the system says so instead of guessing. That keeps the function usable even when the inputs are messy, because an uncertain row becomes a task rather than a silent error.
We also build an agent surface where it makes sense, meaning a way into the system for your own AI assistant. It gets exactly the permissions of the person it works for, enforced in the database. No assistant can see more than the employee would, and everything it does lands in the same audit log as everything else.

A low monthly fee and no upfront investment. We handle hosting, updates and continuous improvements. A good fit if you want to get going quickly without tying up capital, and would rather have a cost you can switch off than an investment you have to write down.

Common questions
- Is our data used to train an AI model?
- No. We build it so your data answers your question and nothing else. What is sent out, where it goes and how long it is kept is decided in advance and written down before we build.
- What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
- Nothing becomes final without a person approving it, so a wrong suggestion stays a suggestion. We measure how often suggestions are approved unchanged and adjust when the accuracy is not good enough.
- Can we start with something small?
- That is usually the right way. We take one recurring task, measure how long it takes today, build it and compare. If it works we widen it, and if not you have only paid for a small trial.
